When we consider the effects of the “school” as a system on learning, we can see how important it is for school pedagogical leaders to set expectations that are consistent with the school’s values and beliefs, and to collaborate both within and across teams in order to achieve academic and social success.

We support the development of school leadership teams and the creation of in-school systems in the areas of being a team, change management, roles and responsibilities, open mindset, communication and strategic planning for development within the scope of leadership characteristics determined, based on the needs of the 21st century.

We cover the following areas in our work:

  • Roles and responsibilities of pedagogical leaders
  • Requirements to be a leader in national and international standards
  • Being a team
  • Collaboration
  • Communication and relations with the school community
  • Media and information technology literacy
  • Change management
  • Strategic planning
